What is your return policy?

  • We have a 30-day returns policy from the day your parcel is shipped. As long as your items are sent back to us within this timeframe, you will qualify for all return options.
  • All products must be returned to us in perfect condition. This means that all labels and tags must be attached, with no stains, marks, pulls or rips. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
  • If you're returning items from multiple orders, please ensure individual return requests are submitted and that these are returned in separate parcels to avoid complications.
  • You'll be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund shipping charges or Gift Wrap).
  • You only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange or refund. For example; if you've purchased a t-shirt & a beanie, and you only need to exchange the t-shirt size, that's all you need to send back to us.
  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, our Returns Team will be in touch to organise an alternative solution.
  • When you are returning items, you must obtain tracked proof of postage. Bou&Ville cannot accept liability for lost returns without tracked proof of postage.

How do I return my items?

To return a product, please send the following to our Customer Support Team using our contact form or send and email to info@bouandville.com:

  • Your name and email address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Please ensure that:

  • All tags are intact
  • All items unused, in original packaging and with all accessories.
  • Do not alter the original packaging.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Can I exchange my item?

To exchange, return the desired item and place a new order on our website. Refunds are processed upon receiving and approving the return.

  • Your name and email address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Please ensure that:

  • All tags are intact
  • All items unused, in original packaging and with all accessories.

How long does it take for the returns to be refunded?

The money for the returned items in your return will be refunded to you as soon as your return has arrived and been approved by our return handlers. It may take up to 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from when we refund the amount until you see it in your bank account.

Depending on the country you're from and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to us can vary from a few days to approximately 30 days.

If it has gone past 30 days and you still haven't heard from us; please contact our Customer Support Team using our contact form or send and email to info@bouandville.com. Please include in your message:

  1. Proof of return postage (e.g a photo of your receipt)
  2. Your order number

A member of the team will then get back to you as soon as we can!

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded in the same manner as the payment method used when placing your order. For card payments, the refunded amount will be returned to your bank account/credit card.

I have received a faulty item

We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! There's no need to return the item to us at this stage.

Please send the following to our Customer Support Team using our contact form or send and email to info@bouandville.com:

  • Your name and email address
  • Order number
  • Item name/description (if known)
  • Photos that show:
    1. The fault as clearly as possible
    2. Full-length photo of the item

Note: All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
